All the parts we use are original and aim to have a repair completed the same day, if we do not have the parts in stock then the longest wait is generally 4 business days. Q - What are the costs?
A - Costs vary depending on the repair however the cost to you at first is a £10 deposit for that we can tell you exactly what is wrong and give you the costs for repair, if you decide to go ahead with the work we deduct the £10 from the repair price.

Q - Can you lend me a replacement handset while mine is repaired?
A - Yes we can lend you a replacement handset so that you can get on with things and if possible we will retrieve the contacts from your broken device and put them on the loan phone!

Q- What if I do not live in Glasgow? Can I post you my phone for repair?
A - Yes we are happy to repair phones from anywhere in the UK, however all postage charges would be payable by you.
